We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer hormone replacement therapy and monitor patient progress.
- Provide weight management consultations and prescribe medications such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, and phentermine.
- Perform aesthetic procedures and treatments.
- Educate patients on wellness and preventative health practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications :
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Colorado.
- Certification in hormone replacement therapy and weight management preferred.
- Experience in aesthetics and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
