The Manager of Marking and Growth is responsible for implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and support business growth goals.
Develop and manage high quality, professional and engaging content for communications channels that include, but are not limited to online platforms, the organization’s website and collateral.
Monitor and track performance of marketing and growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Five years or more in marketing, communications and growth. Management experience and prior experience in the health care field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills.
