Registered Nurse Responsibilities :
- Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responses to treatment
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement comprehensive care plans
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Registered Nurse Qualifications :
- RN license in NJ
- LTC / SNF experience
