Primary Purpose :

- Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently.
- Call center experience
- CRM experience is a huge plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge :
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
- Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required.
- Be able to type 40 WPM Training Required :

Working Conditions :
- Must be able to work in a remote environment.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
- Must have high speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability.

- Video camera, personal computer (no tablet / phone)
- Training will be completed with your own personal equipment. After completion of training, A1 Garage Door Service will be providing you;
