We’re looking for Electro-Mechanical Technicians to keep our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment running smoothly. We offer two work schedule options :

  • Rotating Nights / Days Shift Schedule - Rotation is M / T - 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, W / Th - off, F / S / Sun - 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM, M / T - off, W / Th - 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, F / S / Sun - off, two-week pattern repeats but opposite day / nights.
  • Night Shift Schedule - 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

What You’ll Do

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you’ll :

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing, injection molding, packaging, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Keep production moving by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and PLC / HMI control system issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and document all work in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations Technicians, Engineers, and Maintenance teams to improve performance and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with rebuild projects and equipment integrations.
  • Train others , share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 2+ years experience repairing and maintaining industrial or automated equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PLC systems, robotics (FANUC, SCARA, Staubli, IAI), and servo motors is a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with cGMP standards, clean room environments , and maintenance documentation.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team-oriented mindset, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
