The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization.

The Recruiter ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts.

Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisition and retention plan.

Recruiter responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Responsible for running searches and sourcing candidates across the system
• Expected to become a subject-matter expert in a particular area (., Allied Health) and to potentially source candidates from the same pool for similar open positions in the system
• Interact with Shared Services to support administrative and transactional components of the job (., data entry, post-offer support, background checks, scheduling)
• Interaction with external vendors and any third-party recruiting support
• Adherence to SLA guidelines for recruiting metrics
• Represents INTEGRIS to outside agencies, schools, universities, and vendors.
• Plans, organizes, and executes recruitment and retention efforts across the system
• Coordinates system-wide marketing, advertising, and promotion efforts for all job postings, ads, and collateral materials.
• Maintains extensive records of all activities to evaluate effectiveness of efforts.
• Maintains knowledge and understanding of current workforce trends and healthcare environment and understands organizational implications, particularly as they relate to specific area of recruiting expertise.

Reports to the Recruitment Manager This position may have additional or varied physical demand and / or respiratory fit test requirements.

• Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field or 4 years of experience in human resources
• SPHR / PHR preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal / written)
• This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
