Job Responsibilities :
Manage all day shipping & receiving operations at facility
Activities will include shipping & receiving both inside & outside of SAP
Shipment of goods to other internal facilities & exterior customers a high priority
Interaction with team members in multiple locations across the US.
Tracking & maintaining accountability for inbound and outbound shipments.
Must be articulate because they will be relieving the receptionist
SAP knowledge a plus wand experience with an ERP system is necessary with knowledge of MS windows.
International shipping experience required
- Preparing documentation : Creating accurate paperwork and documentation for international shipments, including invoices and cargo documentation
- Ensuring compliance : Ensuring that documentation complies with customs and immigration procedures
