About The Position
ID : 57919483 Shift : 8hr Day Description : HWL Albany, IN (3010-2089)-AN-0004 Address : 2206 State St Suite 300 New Albany, IN Facility would like to offer a $3,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks OR $5,000 Completion bonus after a 26-week contract.
Terms : 576 hours in a 16 week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies ; 936 hours with no more than 3 call offs or tardies.
Outpatient Experience is preferred.* Will accept New Grads?? yes Will accept First Time Travelers? yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics : no Patient Population : vertigo, post op, typical ortho Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week;
Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 14
