We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

- Work with product managers to launch products and optimizations based on market requirements and data analysis.
- Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives.
- Support the goal of responsible development of TikTok's ad products by planning product vision
- Own the product strategy and execution for features and products designed to support our users at each step of the process, improving user experience and conversation rates.
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally.
- Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations.
- Assist with the long-term product development plans and collaborate with the user product team to provide users with a more complete and smooth TikTok experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or related discipline. Preferred Qualifications
- Related experience in digital product industry area is a plus.
- Strong data-driven mindset and strategies to solve complex problems.
- Excellent track record in multinational / functional team communication.
- Familiar with Internet industry and / or digital advertising industry.
- Strong self-motivation, result-driven, ability to influence others.
