The Director of HR Technology and Operations is a key leader in shaping our company's HR growth and evolution. This role's primary responsibility is to oversee and advance our HRIS and HR operations while ensuring full compliance with all relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.

This role ensures our internal processes are efficient, consistent with evolving standards, and aligned strategically to continue our trailblazing success worldwide.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of HR professionals specializing in HR Operations and HRIS, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Strategize and execute the enhancement of equitable HR policies, procedures, and workflows to maintain top-notch compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, including (but not limited to) the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and other administrative groups to seamlessly integrate our HR systems with other key business platforms while ensuring data privacy and security protocols are in place.
  • Oversee the authorization and processing of critical HR actions, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive impactful change, while maintaining comprehensive records and documentation to support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving organizational change in an HR technology and operations environment, with a strong understanding of labor and employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, measure success, and demonstrate compliance.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in HR technology and operations, HRIS management, and / or employment law compliance are preferred.

Skills :

  • Expertise in HRIS software implementation and management (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) with a keen eye for ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Proficient in leveraging HR data and analytics to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and support compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and equitable work culture that prioritizes compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.

This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $1 $1 USD
