Account Executive - Education Industry

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing specifically on engaging with School Districts in a geographical territory covering multiple states.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in B2B new sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
The position is based in the Denver area.
Responsibilities :
Consultative Selling : Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and objectives.
Recommend tailored solutions and services that align with client goals and drive value.
Sales Presentations : Ability to secure and deliver sales presentation both virtually and in-person.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence and client feedback.
Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and mutually beneficial for both parties.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales in new sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Sales Force) to manage book of business.
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish required.
Ability to travel required.
Demonstrable record of consistent quantifiable goal achievements in a high-volume sales environment
Knowledge of the education industry is valued.
