Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role;

the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$120,200.00 - $198,400.00

The Business Process Management (BPM) team is committed to managing and improving performance of end-to-end processes critical to business while continuously exploring opportunities to advance and mature process capabilities in addition to collaborating and influencing business partners to ensure their understanding of all initiatives and strategies.

As a Sr Director in Business Process Management, you will drive customer, employee, and agent experiences by optimizing end to end business processes for operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Fostering and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, you will develop and own opportunities to improve business results, influence strategy, and ensure seamless change management processes.

Having insight into enterprise initiatives, you will assess the impact of ongoing initiatives and leverage them as appropriate.

You will manage a team of business professionals or lead project teams to ensure business actions are aligned with enterprise and business unit goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop organizational strategies aligned with enterprise and business unit goals.
  • Identify and assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities and may initiate and implement large / multiple improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate and influence to ensure efforts are focused on the most impactful initiatives across the enterprise to support the successful realization of business benefits and implementation of strategies.
  • Own and optimize the performance of an assigned capability or business area(s) and / or technologies, ensuring process efficiency by influencing stakeholders, requesting, and obtaining the proper tools, resources and funding to maximize business value.
  • Own, lead, and influence the end-to-end execution of high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including benefits monitoring, benefits realization.
  • Accountable for the buy-in and implementation of process improvement opportunities to drive business results within your portfolio(s).
  • Ensure priorities and recommendations are aligned with long term goals by understanding various business strategies and the impact work will have across the enterprise and business unit.
  • Coordinate with leaders across multiple business areas to ensure goals are aligned to overall business strategy.
  • Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, approaches, and foundational knowledge to ensure the successful rollout and enhancements across all initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and planning effective strategies, with the ability to lead a team to implement those strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage change, develop employees, and align resources to accomplish key objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate with business leadership to understand goals and identify strategies to achieve goals.
  • Forward thinker with the ability to bring industry best practices and regulatory knowledge to the table in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What is a Must Have?

  • 6 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
  • 3 years of leading, coaching, and / or indirect or direct management experience.
