Your role
Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will : Support the Billing Operations & Technology team with bulk reporting and automation, as well as validation and updates for bulk related projects or initiatives.
What you will bring with you
You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.
0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
For this position, you need to bring your bachelor's degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and a desire to learn how you can impact reporting for Billing Operations at Spectrum.
This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field.
It's a full-time, 10-week commitment from?May 28, 2025,?through?August 1, 2025. This internship is located in Maryland Heights, MO.
Skills and experience required for this role include :
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Ability to work 100% in office
- Analytical skills
- Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others : self-motivated to drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
