Position : Director of Nursing ( DON )

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing standards, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for the nursing department.
- Stay updated on the latest nursing best practices, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Handle patient concerns and grievances, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and expertise.
Qualifications :
- Valid RN license.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Significant experience in nursing management, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of clinical excellence.
- Profound commitment to patient care and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
