Job Title : Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary : The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating college recruiting events to include career fairs, information sessions, and meetings with organizations.
In this role, you will partner closely with the hiring managers to source and recruit early career talent for their respective offices.
What you will do :
- Coordinate, attend, and / or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.)
- Keep up to date with candidates who apply in ADP.
- Phone screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Source and screen candidates from ADP as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.)
- Co-lead the Summer Intern Program.
- Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers.
- Research and report on different University programs as well as market, maintain and establish our brand on campus.
- Extend offers to intern and full-time college candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package.
- Create job postings and post them online to include the college and universities.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all offer letters.
- Assist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials.
- Collaborate with HR team to carry out streamlined onboarding process.
- Developer deeper relationships with college and universities.

About you :
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Ability to travel (approximately 25% annually).
- Peak college campus travel seasons include September-October and February-March.
