Group / Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively.

Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers.

The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness.

As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division's products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA's products.

Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

A strong understanding of Optical Meteorology and Advanced Algorithms is a requirement for this position

Lead the Fleet Hub engagement at Intel.

• Lead the bi-weekly meetings with the customer.
• Communicate customer feedback to management.
• Prioritize FH ad-hoc activities and resolve FH priority conflicts.
• Participate in defining FH / FP roadmap. Act as a team leader the local FS algo team.
• Align with the group manager on weekly activities for the team.
• Drive the team to work on the aligned activities.
• Mentor the team on communicating a concise and clear message to the customer.
• Act as a senior algorithm engineer in the FS group.
• Complete FS technical training.
• Research and develop innovative statistical models / ML for data analysis.
• Work with the team and management to find opportunities for using the data to solve customer problems and promote solutions.
• Follow the FS L1 through L3 algo development process.
• Collaborate with the local and global FS algo team and with the relevant division in all phases of product lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years;

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
