As a Senior Pharmacy Care Technician, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians / pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). This is your opportunity to join a pharmacy team with a focus on clinical and business collaboration. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This is a hybrid-remote role. You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month and work remotely (work from home) all other days of the month.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with Clinical Pharmacists
• Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate
• Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Medad members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
• Document and track member engagement

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
