SUMMARY OF POSITION :

The primary purpose of this position is to provide Ryan White Part B intensive case management services, prevention services and support services to patients living with HIV in south-central Pennsylvania.Â

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Â

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, or other related field required
  • 1 year of related experience required
  • Valid Drivers License required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES : Â

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to travel to offsite locations in south central Pennsylvania required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Â

  • Previous experience with HIV patient population preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferredÂ
