We are seeking a Fertility Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health and a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate fertility treatments. The NP will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, perform clinical assessments, and support patients throughout the fertility journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations, included but not limited to transvaginal ultrasounds, endometrial biopsies, and sonohysterograms.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Perform transvaginal ultrasounds to monitor follicular development, endometrial thickness, and early pregnancies.
• Educate patients on fertility treatment options including IUI, IVF, ovulation induction, and third-party reproduction.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications related to fertility treatment and manage side effects.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients during all stages of fertility treatment.
• Assist in coordination and timing of cycle monitoring, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care.
