OUR CLIENT
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, seeks a Financial Analyst to join their team. Our client boasts a vast network of attorneys who provide comprehensive legal and advocacy services to clients operating both in the United States and around the world.
THE ROLE
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client's financial strategy. Reporting to the Senior Practice Reporting and Analytics Manager, you'll provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sophisticated financial analyses of profitability, recommending key performance indicator enhancements.
- Design and automate financial reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to presentations for firm and practice leadership.
- Analyze firm performance against market trends.
- Collaborate with the Pricing Support team on matter performance models.
- Develop strategic planning initiatives.
- Assist in financial and industry surveys for firm management.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of complex financial analysis experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
- Proficient in pivot tables, data cubes, and relational databases.
LOCATION
This hybrid role allows for remote work with 2-3 days onsite in Chicago or Philadelphia.
Compensation
Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience.
