We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center! This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, providing exceptional care. Perfect for an Ultrasound Tech looking to make a meaningful impact in Oklahoma!

Position Summary :

Performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, which require independent judgment and initiative. The procedures include but are not limited to Abdominal, OB / GYN, Small Parts, Arterial and Venus Vascular exams, Pediatric and Adult Echocardiograms, and Guidance procedures. Maintains ultrasound equipment. Call is required.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform abdominal, OB-GYN, neuro, vascular, breast, and special procedures / exams (i.e. biopsies, amniocentesis, etc.) as required.
• Accurately identify normal or pathological processes and distinguish them from artifacts.
• Document and record information required on images and requisitions. This includes procedural measurement pages.
• Proficiently utilizes the Radnet. Scheduling, Powerchart modules of Cerner for patient information entry / review.
• Able to proficiently send image and documentation as needed for off-site review to imaging review service; knows how to troubleshoot transmission problems when they arise.
