Job Description : Soliant and its affiliates are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Kansas City, KS.
We partner with local school districts to provide students with the essential services they need for a successful future.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
Requirements :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education from an accredited program
- Valid Kansas State teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field of Special Education
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits :
