Job Title : Certified Surgical Tech Job Specialty : Surgical Scrub Technician Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM, 5x8 Hr Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience on major OR procedures License : Not specified Certifications : - NBSTSA CST Certification (required)- AHA BLS (required) Must-Have : - 2 years of scrub experience on major OR procedures- English proficiency (read, write, speak) Job Description : Perform scrub duties for major operating room procedures- Assist surgical team during operative procedures- Ensure sterile technique is maintained- Handle surgical instruments effectively and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment- Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure optimal patient care- Follow hospital protocols and safety standardsNote : This position expects proficiency and reliability in surgical settings to support the delivery and labor unit effectively.
