Richdale Apartments Leasing Team Opportunity

The Richdale Apartments are looking for bright, ambitious go-getters to join our winning leasing team! Bring your positive attitude, winning personality, and sales ability to The Richdale Apartments and we will teach you to lease some of our finest apartments. Open 7 days a week. Responsibilities

A Bit About the Role

  • Drive day-to-day leasing goals onsite
  • Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale
  • Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents

    • Qualifications

    Qualified candidates will possess the following skills / traits :

  • 2 years minimum of relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Professional appearance and a winning personality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
  • Eager to work competitively on a team
  • Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week
  • Naturally motivated to reach sales goals
