At Documax, we are seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the expansion and leadership of our sales team. This pivotal role involves recruiting top talent, devising strategic sales plans to meet targets, and playing a key part in driving revenue growth, expanding our market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation :

$125,000 base yearly + commission

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead top sales professionals, ensuring a strong and dynamic sales force.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the local team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our presence and client base.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies and product offerings effectively.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, presenting insights to the executive team to optimize results.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation specifically to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs and professional development plans for the sales team to support continuous growth and success.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success leading sales teams in senior roles.
  • Established track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of equipment leasing, financial products, and the healthcare market.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable and drive results effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with team members and clients.
