Compensation :
$125,000 base yearly + commission
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead top sales professionals, ensuring a strong and dynamic sales force.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the local team.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our presence and client base.
