We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, California. This role is based in the call center industry and will require the chosen candidate to handle customer queries, process applications, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee the processing and approval of customer credit applications
- Maintain and update customer credit records in the database
- Manage customer accounts and monitor their activities
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions promptly
- Ensure efficient communication with customers to understand their needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals
- Utilize call center customer service skills to improve customer satisfaction
- Handle other tasks related to customer service as needed.
- Must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment
- Proven ability to manage high volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Proficient in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- High level of patience and empathy, with a strong focus on providing superior customer service
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
