Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction.

Required Minimum Education : Graduate of an accredited / approved School of Nursing Required Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s) : All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state CompactBasic Life Support or BLS - InstructorAdvanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional Additional License(s) and Certification(s) : Required Minimum Experience : 1 year ICU / CCU / ER or previous Cath Lab / EP Lab experience Preferred Required Minimum Skills : The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see WellStar's "Standards of Gold" and "Values").
