The Recruiting Coordinator will be part of a specific team at the firm.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule interviews with candidates; greet interviewees and assist them throughout the interview process
- Track candidates through the firms ATS
- Support employee onboarding, including background checks and offer letter administration
- Act as a point of contact to assist employees with HR systems and general inquires
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy in the ATS
- Ad hoc projects and requests to support talent acquisition processes
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant admin experience
- Detail oriented with a good sense of urgency and time management
- Previous experience with an ATS and HR database required
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Salary Range : $90,000-$110,000
