Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for the corporate accounting department.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Participate in financial statement analysis and variance reporting.
- Work with investment-related accounting data, including portfolio valuation and fund accounting processes.
- Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices as needed.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.Basic understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Interest in the investment banking and financial services industry.WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
