Overview

Capital Control and Operations (CCO) facilitates the exchange of standardized, clean data allowing simplification of platforms and processes.

The platform is responsible for capturing, transforming, running data quality checks, and exchanging data in between publisher and consumers.

The CCO development team is distributed across our technology centers in Cary, London and Pune, India with product ownership in London.

CCO is a central part of the anti-financial crime (AFC)&C, Risk, Finance & Treasury Alignment program, facilitating the exchange of standardized, clean data allowing simplification of platforms and processes.

As the CCO on-boarding analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the standard process to on-board publishers and consumers into CCO / EDS via a standardized data exchange contract.

What You'll Do

  • Educate publishers and consumer on standard on-boarding process, while working with stakeholders to determine priorities and commitments for On-boarding and Data Quality (DQ) execution
  • On-board new publishers via user interface (UI) based processes OR TeamCity based promotion process. Track on-boarding end to end in CCO, SDL (On-premise) and Data Factory (GCP)
  • Support change management process and all associated paperwork for publisher and consumer on-boarding, in addition to supporting implementation team and solve post go-live issues
  • Provide visibility on the on-boarding status, risks and issues to stakeholders on timely basis, as well as Operate within known Non Financial Risk (NFRs) for on-boarding and DQ execution process
  • Setup and maintain data quality checks within the system, as well as provide extracts and report on the output of DQ checks performed
  • Debug reported issues and work with SL2 / SL3 teams track it through end-to-end process and identify root cause of reported issue

Skills You'll Need

  • Well Versed with Agile Methodology, tools (Safe Agile, Jira), agile methodology, document business, and process flows
  • Ability to enhance on-boarding tools / process, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations for process optimization
  • Strong PL / SQL experience to enable data extract and analysis
  • Good experience of working with Rest application programming interface (APIs) and operational and analysis experience
  • Experience of working as Functional Analyst with strong analytical and debugging skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes

  • Excellent communication (Oral, Written) and teamwork skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines
  • Assertive with the ability to interact with various control and operational with good documentation skills including process modelling
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills while being proactive, delivery orientated approach
  • Enthusiastic 'can do' approach to all responsibilities with the ability to take direction as needed as well as being able to work independently
  • Excellent PC skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.

Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
