Trees For Needs tree service in the north valley is looking for someone to help build and expand our PHC program.
The right individual will :
- Have a good knowledge of trees, particularly trees in Phoenix and identification.
- Have general understating of Plant Health Care
- Looking to help build and be part of a real team
- Eager to learn as well as teach
- Wanting a place where you could grow and have your fingerprints on the operations
- Truly are passionate about your work and your customers
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships - personable
- Driven by a high work ethic, continuing education and desire to succeed by accomplishment as well as financially.
- Be or become a Certified Applicator and Certified Arborist
- Very detailed oriented and understanding that little things mean a lot
- Understanding that communication is a science and an art.
- Believe in process and accountability
- A valid driver's license and clean record
