Field Engineer

Participate in Trade / Subcontractor Procurement and Management Maintain thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts Maintain, track and update all Construction Project Documents Maintain and update Construction Drawing set and specs with latest revisions Maintain Master drawing list that shows history of drawing changes Track and distribute Bulletins issued by the design team Provide feedback to CM and Architect on Bulletins Prepare, review and distribute RFIs.

Maintain RFI Log Prepare, review and distribute Submittals. Maintain Submittal Log Prepare, review and distribute shop drawings Schedule, Attend and Prepare meeting minutes for job meetings.

Develop and maintain schedule with Project Superintendents and Project Managers. Work with engineer of record with development of construction documents.

Maintain progress and quality documentation with Superintendent. Asist with managing contractors and subcontractors in the field.

Ensure Related procedures and standards are maintained. Review and provide feedback for monthly requisition. Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, knowledge, and understanding of civil engineering and project management Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, or other engineering related degree Complex thinker of high intelligence Ability to learn and operate various types of computer software Strong time management skills, results-driven, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Keen attention to detail High energy;
