Job Summary :
- The primary responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager Bridge Design will be overseeing structural engineering for bridge design projects.
- Presenting complete, final, and accurate bridge design plans.
- Develop project specifications, documentation, estimates, and reports.
- Adhere to DOT standard and guides for developing projects.
- Maintain PE registration.
- Work with CAD technicians to develop bridge plans.
- Train, supervise, and mentor professional engineers.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, disciplines, and staff members on projects.
- Produce project schedules, quantities, and manhour cost estimates.
- Travel (as required)
Desired Experience :
- B.S of Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License (Required)
- The Senior Project Manager will bring 15+ years of experience in Structural Engineering and Project Management (Required)
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Mathcad, Merlin, and AISC.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Department of Transportation project experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and manage risk.
- Ability to establish, influence, and maintain relationships with key partners.
