Position : Restoration Consultant
Location : Seattle, Washington
Terms : Full-Time
One of Metric's long-term partners are searching for a restoration consultant project manager to join their rapidly growing team!
Responsibilities :
- Conduct investigations, surveys, and tests on existing buildings to identify and diagnose issues causing damage or deterioration.
- Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to project requirements, and closely track budget and procedural standards.
- Perform or review condition appraisals, and develop repair schemes and recommendations.
- Coordinate engineers and technical personnel for office projects.
- Assist and mentor other professionals
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in structural or architectural engineering or relevant field
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
- 5+ years of experience working in the forensic and / or restoration field
- Significant project management experience
