Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced attorney candidates for an Associate Corporate Counsel role with a global energy and technology company based in Reading, PA.
Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this position collaborates with various departments to review, draft, and negotiate contracts;
ensure operational compliance; and provide general legal support. Work may be performed fully remotely or onsite in the company's Reading headquarters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Review, draft and administer commercial contracts including licensing, technology, sales, procurement, confidentiality and other commercial contracts;
- Provide expertise in the area of software licensing, IT, IoT, cybersecurity and data privacy for new product and service offerings;
- Support product teams as they develop and bring-to-market new products and services by helping identify and resolve licensing, security and compliance issues;
- Identify and assess legal and business risks to the Company;
Qualifications :
- Bar license in any state, active and in good standing
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Willingness to travel on occasion, as needed
- Software licensing, engineering, technology and / or manufacturing experience
