Integral Analytics is seeking a Director DSMore Product Owner to join our innovative and creative team, focused on our DSMore software package.

This role is essential for providing strategic leadership, technical consulting, and program management to support our clients in the energy efficiency sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in benefit-cost analysis, DSM (Demand-Side Management), regulatory compliance, and project management, along with the technical expertise to manage and optimize DSMore (Willdan's benefit-cost analysis software) operations.

We're looking for a multi-talented Director who can address the needs of current clients, as well as grow our new market opportunities via combined software offerings with Integral Analytics' other software packages, including LoadSEER (Distribution Load Forecasting in a geospatial and econometric software platform).

Ultimately, the Director carries current client service responsibilities and some modest new growth and revenue opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and build long-term relationships and excel in a customer-focused, value-oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on our software, and how it will best meet their business needs.
  • Communicate customer feedback to operations team.
  • Remain educated on the evolving utility and energy landscape.
  • Assist in strategic decision-making to align our organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Aid in configuring DSMore-specific measure-level inputs, such as seasonality and load shapes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Handle contract terms and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients, enhancing their understanding and use of DSMore.
  • Maintain and improve client satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Develop new sales channels and go to market strategies.
  • Be proactive, dedicated, diligent, highly self-motivated, and motivate at all levels of the organization.
  • Have strong critical thinking skills and a positive attitude.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, Business, Econometrics, or similarly technical fields or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with utilities on energy efficiency or demand side management offerings, or equivalent experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of DSM cost / benefit analysis, modest familiarity with IRP (Integrated Resource Planning), and knowledge of regulators' needs.
  • Proven track record of client management and presentation / communication skills.
  • Experience working with regulators, interveners, and a variety of stakeholders.
  • History of multiple industry contacts and positive relationships with past clients.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client outcomes using the DSMore software.
  • Ability to travel up to once per month, or once per quarter. Travel may include various means of transportation including automobile, public transportation, rail, and airplane.
