WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
• Read and interpret plans, ensuring proper execution of construction elements
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality assurance, and site readiness
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solution
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
