Our well-established client located in Keene, NH is looking for CNC Machine Operators to join their team!
Your qualifications for the CNC Machine Operator position are as follows :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years machining experience ideal, willing to train the right candidate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use / set up measuring devices / gages
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand throughout the shift, and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Benefits you will receive as the CNC Machine Operator :
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time schedules
- 1st shift Monday – Friday 7am-3 : 30pm (40 hours)
- 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3pm-12 : 30am (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
- 3rd shift Monday – Thursday 11pm-7am (work 32 hours, paid for 40)
- $15-$20 / hour depending on skills and experience
- $22+ / hour with set up skills / experience
- Once hired on, Medical / Dental insurance
- Once hired on, 401k with company match
- Once hired on, Holidays and paid time off
For the CNC Machine Operator your duties will include :
- Mill and turning machine operation
- Measure and inspect parts
- Select and mount appropriate tooling
- Deburr parts
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Lathe work as needed
- Maintain neat and clean work environment
