The Supervisor of Frontline Sales has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop the canvassers.
This person leads by example, serves as a professional role model for the team, and works in the field demonstrating the canvassing process and sales prowess.
- ResponsibilitiesLead daily AM meetings and debrief at the end of the dayTravel with team to assigned locationsSet goals for the day;
- assign tasks and ensure team meets or exceeds weekly sales targetsGuide team to thrive in the fieldTrack progress of individual canvassers and regularly communicate work performance to managementDocument sales activity in database with a high degree of accuracy and correctnessProvide on the job training;
- train and mentor your team in effective customer interactionsAssist in recruiting in accordance to established staffing planPresent sales pitch in a professional mannerRecommend disciplinary action to managementRequirementsHigh school diplomat or equivalentSupervisory experiencePrevious canvassing or face-to-face selling experience preferredMust have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of ageGood communication skills;
