Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain filing systems and office organization.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
