A company is looking for a Behavioral Health RN Case Manager to deliver case management services to individuals with behavioral health needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage members with behavioral health and neurodevelopmental disorder diagnosesUtilize clinical knowledge to provide educational resources to members regarding their diagnoses and treatment optionsDocument case management processes and assess for cost savings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulationsRequired Qualifications and EducationNursing degree from an accredited institution3+ years of experience working with Behavioral / Mental Health patients or programs1+ years in Case Management, discharge planning, or managed care experienceAn active unrestricted Registered Nurse License in eNLC compact stateCase Management Certification (CCM) preferred
