We are looking for an individual to help us accelerate our growth into the future. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for an accomplished project manager who can deliver.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, troubleshooting issues, working with crews, and managing roofing projects to ensure our customers have the best possible experience getting a roof.

Responsibilities :
- Verify materials are delivered to job site correctly
- Go over scope of work with the homeowner and crew
- Daily check in while work in progress
- Work with support staff to streamline project
- Ensure homeowner is happy with completed project
- Inspect the quality of work throughout the job to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Ability to motivate and direct the actions of others
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to problem solve
