What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with care, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and support, assisting with billing inquiries, account updates, cancellations, and more.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with customers, guiding them through product installation and resolving any challenges.
  • Respond to inquiries related to alarm signals, accounts receivable, and follow-up procedures.
  • Log customer interactions in Salesforce.com and maintain accurate records in vendor systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to onboard and train new hires on workflows and processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in a phone-based customer service or call center role
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and UPS Systems a plus
  • Passion for providing support and peace of mind to seniors and individuals with medical needs
