Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned apartment maintenance professional with high-level apartment maintenance skills, specifically in boilers and HVAC, to join our Roving Maintenance team! The Roving Maintenance Technician will support all Aeon properties with general maintenance, apartment turnovers and all aspects of the physical operations of our apartment communities, with a heavy focus on boilers and HVAC. This includes the responsibility to ensure that Aeon standards are met in each of the following areas : preventative maintenance, general maintenance and repair, safety and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service promises, and utility conservation standards. The Roving Maintenance Technician will report to the Roving Maintenance Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

The completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions including :

• Air handler and general HVAC maintenance
• Boiler checks, troubleshooting, repair and mentorship
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• Lock changes
• Apartment turnovers
• Preventative maintenance
• Installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc;

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, bend and kneel for extended periods.

Compensation, Hours & Location

This position has a range of pay between $27-$31 / hr depending on experience and skillset . In addition, Maintenance Technicians at Aeon have NO On-Call!

This full-time position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
