Job Overview :
Our client seeks an organized and communicative Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are the first-line aircraft maintenance company certified by the FAA at O’Hare International.
Their goal is to enhance gate management while cutting costs and saving fuel.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of their office. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls to provide ground service directions for airplanes
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize schedules.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases as required.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications :
- Must have a car accessible to get to and from work (free parking is provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
