Online information sessions and hands on shadowing are provided to candidates who are offered the position. SIX MONTH COMMITMENT REQUIRED
Location & Hours : Flexible
Center-Based and In-Home opportunities
Available hours mostly weekday afternoons after 2PM AND weekends 9am-6pm but other hours may be available
Summary :
We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. BT is responsible for working 1 : 1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
Main Job description as follows :
1. Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis, a special method of teaching, to patients with Autism ages 3-17 in their homes or center based under supervision of Behavior Analysts.
2. Diligently keep track of your clinical data and session notes through our digital practice management software
3. Be kind, courteous and professional to all clients and staff.
Experience and Education :
Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (Preferred)
Available at least 3 days during the week (Excluding weekends) after 2 PM
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
