Average daily hospital census is 230 Patient Ratios : 1 : 25 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Case Management covers all units of the inpatient hospital and the Emergency Department as needed Type of equipment : computer, cell phone Documentation system : MIDAS Scheduling requirements : Will require some support of weekend coverage (at least 1 day of each wkend ) On Call Requirements : Floating policy : Patient Experience requirements : Hospital Specifics- Certifications : H iring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Interqual experience, RN licensed in MO or Compact licensure including MO Advanced skills needed : Experienced case manager Procedures performed on unit : Interqual admission and progression of care reviews daily, admission assessment and discharge planning daily Certifications Required : RN licensure, CM Certification preferred but not required Dress Code : (Required uniform) Business casual
