As an Installer, you will be responsible for the precise and professional installation of a wide range of window treatments, including roller shades, blinds, shutters, draperies, and motorized systems.

Your role is crucial in bringing our clients' visions to life, ensuring their homes and businesses are enhanced with our high-quality products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Installation : Accurately and efficiently install various window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, valances, cornices, and motorized systems, ensuring a perfect fit and smooth operation.

• Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service during installations, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our product offerings to effectively install and troubleshoot issues with a variety of window treatments.
• Site Preparation : Prepare and protect installation areas, ensuring a clean and safe work environment before, during, and after installation.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair any issues with existing window treatments, providing solutions to ensure long-term functionality.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure timely and accurate installations, as well as to address any specific client needs.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of installations, including measurements, adjustments, photos, and any follow-up services required.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and your clients.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Previous experience in window treatment installation or a similar field is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to measure and install products accurately.
• Customer Service : Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation.-Attention to Detail : High attention to detail to ensure precise installations and a polished final product.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 40 lbs.), climb ladders, and perform physical tasks related to installation.
• Driver's License : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout San Diego County.
• Compliance : Ability to pass a background check and random testing.-Adaptability : Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new products and installation techniques.
