A company is looking for a Senior Service Recovery Project Manager to lead cross-functional service recovery projects during high-impact issues and crisis events.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple complex cross-functional teams during service recovery and crisis eventsOwn the end-to-end success of projects, including investigation, remediation, and communicationDocument service recovery events and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in communication, technology, healthcare, or equivalent work experienceSix or more years of experience leading projects with a focus on rapid resolutionProficiency with business and communications software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioPrior experience in gaining alignment from cross-functional senior leaders in escalated situationsFlexibility to work extended hours during crisis events
