We are in search of an exceptionally organized Localization Project Manager to join our team!

As a Localization Project Manager , you will be committed to expanding our products internationally in collaboration with translation and localization agencies and our content marketing team giving our non-US customers a user experience equivalent to or superior to that of our US customers by managing the production and implementation of localized content.

You will coordinate projects with vendors, localization staff, and other departments company-wide, localizing social media and e-commerce-related content.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Project execution including collaboration with translation agencies to create international websites, compliance to deadlines, standards / methodology, quality standards, and status reporting.
• Manage and ensure day-to-day project tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Responsible for customer feedback, entry of CAPA's, and completion of investigations.
• Owns collaboration with the content team, project vendors, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management.
• Customer and internal communication and status reporting.
• Collaborating with Content Management Team to recreate ads, define new processes and strategize on process and tool optimization.
• Ensure linguistic material, such as glossaries, style guides, are consistently updated and delivered per SLA's.
• Participate in the pre-sales activities as needed.
• Participate in quality audits, recognize opportunities for improvement and implement the changes as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• BA degree or equivalent, preferred.
• Project Management experience; SCRUM preferred.
• E-Commerce DTC marketing experience, preferred.
• Linguistic skills in a language other than English; excellent English communication skills.
• Localization production experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Is flexible, able to prioritize tasks wisely, and rapidly apply keen judgment to complex situations.
• Solid understanding of online production processes and a passion for international marketing expansion.
• Experience with project management tools and international marketplace application knowledge, preferred.
• Experience in methods of automating workflows a plus.
